Biography

MARY RILEY – was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and began her theatrical and musical career as a very young girl, with many performances in her local church and church choir. She received her Bachelor of Music from East Carolina University, and her Master of Arts  from Radford University. Since 2000, Mary has appeared as a professional actress, singer and model in  productions across the country as well as in NYC.  Some of her favorite roles include: Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire, Hermione in The Winter's Tale, Titania in A Midsommer Night's Dreame, Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Gymnasia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Claire in Proof.  Mary is also a voice teacher and performs annually with the Lower East Side Arts Festival. She is Founding Artistic Director for the American Bard Theater Company.  As always, she thanks her family and friends for their love and support.
